I worked in the grocery business for 40 years an just recently retired as a store director for Ralphs (Kroger). I was amazed with how quickly your foot cream improved the skin on my heels but I didn't need cream for my hands. After a few weeks I thought I would try the hand cream on the keratosis pilaris (like permanent goose bumps) on my upper arms just to see if it would help. In a few days I noticed the bumps on one arm were disappearing and after 2 weeks both arms were smooth. Anyway I will try to repeat my words to you with this message. I called the other day, I believe it was on Tuesday and talked with a very helpful man and he explained that I could find "Working Hands" at Lowes and even knew the shelf it was on. So on Wednesday my wife and I drove to Fairbanks (500 miles) on business and stopped there and went in and picked 2 containers of it and were glad they indeed had some. Wouldn't you know it, a woman answered the phone, I believe her name was Becky. Well guess what, after it took me 2 or 3 minutes to tell her about how much I appreciated the good information the man gave me last week she then politely described other products you sell and was very courteous and helpful. It's hard to believe two nice, helpful people that answer the phones at a business. There must others there too. Great reflection on the company.

There are two points I am trying to make, one is that if I owned O'Keeffes's Company I would be very proud of both the man and of Becky for being so polite and helpful on the phone. THey both did an outstanding job and took the extra few minutes to make me feel like I was an appreciated consumer. The second point is I would like for someone to tell all of the employees how much they are appreciated by people like me that have tried for years to find a product that heals my cracked bleeding fingers almost instantly, certainly as quick as overnight. 08/06/08:     " I travel a lot for business. Actually I tried using Life out There after I returned from a trip to England. I have excessively dry and sensitive skin, plus allergies. After a bit too much time on planes my skin was inflamed. For years I had been soothing myself w/ sugar and oil scrubs every time I took a shower. The products are quite amazing. It's frustrating and interesting to know of your products, want to share them out of a general wish for the betterment of everyone's life, and see that people are people and they have their grooves and their ruts and trying something new, sometimes, is just not something a person can move another person to do. Me too, of course, regarding the grooves and the ruts, and in this case the Working Hands did get through to me because the women at the counter at Ace Hardware all talked it up when I asked about that stuff, and I gave weight to their opinions. But a person sees claims everywhere, and without some additional something to back them up can't be bothered to check out every new thing that appears.
